Our salt comes from salt pools in Baja, Mexico, and is packaged for consumer use. Our Sea of Cortez salt is offered in two distinct forms: coarse finishing salt and fine nutritional salt.
Each product has its own grain and purpose. Product-specific information stays with the salt it describes.
